dfa05f73ee v2.0.3 - Update .gitignore to exclude backend/uploads/ directory 
- Added backend/uploads/ to .gitignore to exclude large video files
- This prevents large course video files from being tracked in git
- Keeps repository size manageable while preserving code changes
- Video files are now properly excluded from version control
